Adeline Sede Kamga

Adeline Sede Kamga is the Founder & CEO of FabAfriq Media Group, a creative and Innovative marketing and communication agency with offices in the UK and Cameroon operating both in Europe and Africa. A change leader and inspirational speaker with over fifteen years of experience. She has expertise working across different areas in the corporate, business and community world. She is committed to delivering quality projects in Corporate PR and communications, change management, executive coaching. She has a BA in Corporate Communications, MA in Human Resource Management at Coventry University UK and professional qualifications such as CIPD, PRINCE2 & Dip in Business Administration. Adeline is an expert in Corporate communications and PR, including digital communication and eventing. As a trained executive coach, she has worked with blue chip companies from varied sectors, helping them gain visibility across Africa and the rest of the world. Her previous experience in HR, gave her hands-on experience working in different HR projects with one of the largest employers in Europe (Birmingham City Council) & subsequently as a consultant. Amongst some of her expertise are change management, People Management, T & D and Strategic HR. She has led on many strategic and restructuring projects, leading to successful change management system & implementations. Adeline is also a founding member of FEPPSAC (Women editors of Central Africa), a UN Central Africa Office initiative to work with women in the print magazine industry. This group seeks to help drive the United Nations mandate of women, peace and security in Central Africa. She is dynamic, innovative, and tenacious. Gifted with a sharp mind and innate ability to connect with others and an insatiable thirst for excellence. In 2016, Adeline launched a Pan Excellence In People Management initiative for change called The Corporate Awards & The Corporate Women in Leadership program. Adeline invests in inspiring and empowering young leaders through speaking engagements and mentoring programs. She is married to a very supportive husband and has 3 kids.

Dayo Oladele-Ilori

Dayo Oladele-Ilori is a management consultant and a Learning and Development Specialist with over 15 years work experience in Manufacturing, Telecommunication and Management Consulting. She holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands. She   is  an  associate  member of   the   Chartered  Institute   of   Personnel Management (ACIPM), a   Certified  Management   Consultant (CMC) and   a Certified Oracle Database Administrator (OCP-DBA). She has led teams to deliver strategic human resource interventions and enterprise  transformation   models   especially   in   the   areas of   Enterprise Transformation, Organization  structure, Strategic  Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Process Documentation, Job Analysis and Performance Management amongst others. She has designed and facilitated training courses in Leadership, Team building, Communication Skills, The Discipline of Execution, Sales and Relationship Management, Interpersonal skills, Personal effectiveness  etc. using contemporary video, cartoons, and simulations as tools of delivery. Some of the organizations she has worked with include first Bank, Institute of Business Development Nigeria, Frigoglass, Superflux, APM Terminal, Cardinal Stone Partners amongst others. Dayo is a passionate writer, a prolific entrepreneur, and a life coach.  She has published two books and currently writes for the  Life and Living Column  of  an online newspaper www.thecable.ng on various contemporary issues. She         is    currently        a             Mentor    at          Business School  Netherlands   (BSN),           a Management   Consultant  at   LOMERG   International   Services  Ltd.,   and   the First Executive Director for the Corporate Women in Leadership Summit.

Lety Endeley

Lety Endeley is a Cameroonian female born on 12/ 06/66 and a mother of three. Since November 2012 she has been the Regional Director for Continental Re Douala/ Cameroon in charge of Central African countries in Africa. Prior to joining Continental Reassurance she was Manager/ Chief Underwriter for Anglophone Countries in Africa at CICA RE Lomé – Togo (CIMA regional reinsurance company); a post she occupied cumulatively until her resignation in 2012. She also worked for 10 years for a satellite insurance company before exiting as Regional Manager for one of its regional offices in the South West Region in Cameroon. Lety has scaled different services in the insurance and reinsurance services and today brings in 24 years of experience having been exposed to Anglophone and francophone insurance and reinsurance markets in Africa. She is an Associate member of the Insurance Institute of America and holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB - Minoring in Economic Sciences at the University of Yaoundé Cameroon, and the second Executive Director for The Corporate Women In Leadership.

Solange Kuimo

Solange Kuimo is a Marketing Specialist with 19 years of strong track record in the formulation and execution of marketing initiatives. Her rich experience in Marketing, Innovation and Retail Marketing spans multiple African countries (Cameroon, Ghana, Ethiopia) and across multiple portfolios, brand/categories to leading Junior and Senior management teams. Her career started in Communication Agencies as Account Executive, then later moved to Senior Account Executive at Panafcom Young & Rubicam Cameroun. After securing a job at Guinness Cameroun, she has gradually moved from different positions up to the most recent one, which was Marketing, Innovations & Customer Marketing Director. Her passion for Marketing goes beyond building strong brands that delight consumers and helping customers grow their businesses to unleashing team potential and helping them create their own paths. She currently operates as a Marketing Consultant and as the Executive Director for the Corporate Women In Leadership
